Celeste is a Registered Clinical Psychologist passionate about guiding individuals, couples, and families toward improved well-being and stronger relationships. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and integrates evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Systemic Family Therapy, into her practice.

Her work is deeply rooted in a systemic understanding of family dynamics, recognizing that challenges often stem from interconnected relationships. She enjoys working with clients to uncover patterns, enhance communication, and create sustainable change.
